Peach jam-marmalade
Hope you like my peach jam with pieces of fruit and subtle notes of cloves...

Ingredients

  • Peach

    600 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Carnation

Slice the peaches, leaving one for the final stage. Put in a saucepan, add sugar, juice of half a lemon, heat until the sugar dissolves. Boil 5 min. and remove from heat.

Blend peaches in a blender.

The resulting mixture was set on fire and proverjaem 15 min.

The remaining peach into small cubes and add to the puree for 5 minutes until tender. At the same time, add a pinch of cloves.

Soak the leaf gelatine in 4 tbsp water for 5 minutes, after the time to squeeze out a little and add a little under the cooled mixture. Stir well. Pour into forms. The cooled jam put into the refrigerator for final curing.
