Cooking

step-0
The dough I made in the bread maker. Heated milk to have suffered a finger.
step-1
Pour the milk into the pail. Add a sunflower (you can rapeseed) oil, yogurt, salt, sugar, flour and finally the baking powder and dry yeast. Don't be surprised for pastry and baking powder, and yeast.
step-2
Put approach, the "Dough".
step-3
At this time, make the syrup. Pour the water into a saucepan and add the sugar. Bring, stirring, to dissolve the sugar. Once the syrup boils, stirring is not necessary, so as not to form crystals. To give the syrup to boil for 10 minutes.
step-4
Take out the dough, make a "sausage" and divide by 24 to 25 pieces.
step-5
Stretching a piece of dough, make a hollow for the filling.
step-6
Put the filling. I used cream cheese (cream cheese) and ricotta. You can put just cream cheese. (My student is buying special cheese "of Nabulsi", but it can only be bought in the Arab stores.)
step-7
Make the dumpling.
step-8
Suscipiam the edge to the middle to get the ball.
step-9
Turn over and spread in a greased form (not very close to each other).
step-10
Set a time for the buns in a warm place (about 20 minutes).
step-11
Grease lightly beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
step-12
Put in oven for 20-25 minutes (check readiness of a wooden stick)
step-13
We take out our hive from the oven and pour sugar syrup.
step-14
Send the buns to the oven for another 5 minutes. Then cover the buns with a towel and let them stand half an hour.

Welcome to Yemen!
