Cooking
In the preparation of the dough much problems there, so this process I did not take off. Flour mixed with baking powder and sift. Mix the egg, sour cream and salt. Add margarine and flour. Knead a soft dough. Wrap it in cling film and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour or, if you're in a hurry, in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into two parts: 2/3 and 1/3. The first part of the roll out, put in a greased form, having a high side. Cut the potatoes into thin slices (very easy to do it on the slicer burner), put the plate on the dough, season with salt and pepper.
Frozen meat (most often I use chicken legs, but you can take and pork) to plane with a knife into thin slices and put on top of potatoes. Again season with salt and pepper. If desired, sprinkle with seasoning for meat.
Onions can be fried, but you can use raw. I like fried, so the cake turns out more fragrant. Distribute the onions on top of potatoes. Put two Bay leaves and around the cake flakes of butter.
From the second part of the dough cut a small piece for decoration. The remaining roll the dough and cover the filling. The bottom layer to bend over the cake and place the side with the handle of a spoon. In the middle to make a hole. A pending piece of dough to roll out, cut out leaves and arrange on the cake. Grease the pie with egg yolk beaten with 1 tsp water and put in preheated to 180°C oven. Bake for 45-50 minutes. If very brown, cover with foil. The finished pie to take out to the grill and cover with a cloth. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Pie incredibly delicious hot, but cold is also very good. Bon appetit!
