Sweet pie
Easy to make a original! Prepared at the urging of the Cook - fans of my page of recipes!

Ingredients

  • Peach

    425 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    25 g

With a lemon grate the zest and squeeze the juice.

Deep in the Cup to mix the flour, butter, sugar, egg, vanilla and lemon zest, mix well (the dough should not stick to hands).

The resulting dough roll into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

In a separate bowl, pour gelatin syrup from the peaches and lemon juice, stir and leave to swell.

In a jar of canned peaches always 4 halves, 3 of them left for cake decorating, and 1 half of a peach cut into small pieces.

The dough, remove from refrigerator, roll out the layer and place in a baking pan, be sure to do the bumpers. Place in preheated oven to 150 deg. for 20 minutes.

In swollen gelatin, add the vanilla sugar and heat on the stove until dissolved, mix with sour cream.

Baked cake cool. Then put the halves of peaches and sliced peaches, gently distribute on top of the creamy gelatin mixture. Sprinkle with candy beads, put in a cool place for freezing.
