Salad with mushrooms, chicken and cheese
Quite diet salad. Simple but tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    20 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Mushrooms cut into big pieces. Fry in vegetable oil until soft (7 min.) Mushrooms should acquire a Golden color, but the elasticity is not to lose.

Tomato cut into large cubes. To cut chicken meat. Add the mushrooms.

Added to a salad of chopped onion and parsley, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, dressed with sour cream or natural yoghurt. Mix everything. Spread the salad in portioned bowls, decorate with cubes of cheese and parsley.
