A variant design of the salad. Thought, on the website there will be many, as it turned out, none. Correct position. And the salad turned out delicious...

Ingredients

  • Prunes

  • Mayonnaise

  • Mushrooms

  • Chicken breast

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Breast boil in salted water, cool in the broth. Mushrooms cut into slices. Fry in small amount of vegetable oil without smell.

Add the onion, cut into strips. Season with salt and pepper - to taste, fry until cooked.

Cold breast, cut into small pieces or simply cut the fibers. A little grease with mayonnaise. Spread on a flat oval dish in the form of a tree. I just from one end made a little bit sharper. Tried to lay out twigs, but on my dish it did not work. Need to buy big! :-)

Next layer the mushrooms and onions. Cooled, a must!

Next Apple, cut into strips. Season with a little salt and pepper. Mayonnaise.

Next layer - chopped walnuts.

Separate eggs into yolks and whites. Yolks RUB on a small grater. Put another layer. Proteins also grate, mix with mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Spread the whites evenly so that the salad from all sides was covered.

Prunes wash, cut into strips. Put "spots" on the birch.

At the base of the tree and sprinkle it with finely chopped green stems (without leaves), and the top to decorate the remaining leaves. I have, unfortunately, remained only dill, parsley would be better.
