Happened to me once with my daughter to attend one master class dedicated to his Majesty the buffet table))) a wide Variety of snacks, mini-salads, meats, and of conpusec profitroles with overseas and not only the Goodies we tasted and took in their piggy banks... But nothing so impressed us with their excellent taste and simplicity, as the ordinary, - Oh, extraordinary (!) - sunflower cake from a simple store-bought waffle cakes, which showed us the chef of one of the restaurants in the city. Since we are eternal and grateful admirers of this wonderful snack cake that decorate our holiday tables. Here are our simple ingredients.

Herring fillet and onion grind in a blender (or the Thermomix)

Sauteed with onions mushrooms, boiled carrots and cheese in turn also puree them in a blender. Cheese can be grated and grated. Carrots I "cook" in the microwave in the sleeve for 7-8 min. at a power of 900 watts.

The longer the cake will last in the refrigerator – within reason, of course (for example, night), the better it will cut. I remember the master class the chef ran to the local chief (a master class was held at the hotel) for a very sharp knife, because of time to the cake to infuse, the master class was not so much)))
