Homemade stew in the sleeve
I suggest you try my version of a homemade stew - in the sleeve for baking. Nothing to cook with, your participation in the preparation is 5 minutes. And then it will do everything for you oven. Kept this stew for up to 4 days in the refrigerator. Want to conserve - please. It really goes well with pasta, boiled potatoes. Try it!)

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1.5 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Allspice

    6 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Salt

Beef my. If the piece is very large, cut in 2-3 pieces. If I bought beef chunks 300-500 g, the cutting is not necessary. Onions purify and cut into arbitrarily (e.g., half-rings).

Spread in a sleeve or package for baking in layers: half the meat, salt, half of onion, remaining meat and onion, salt, allspice, Bay leaf. On top lay slices butter - stew will turn out juicier.

Sleeve closed with a clamp, make a few punctures with a knife. Put in oven on temperature of 145 degrees for 3 hours.
