What the jam on the website is there: and all sorts of fruits and berries, and tomatoes, and zucchini, and even onions!!! But from such a simple fruit, like apples, Ranetki, for some reason not found, had to find, because many would argue that the jam turns out extremely fragrant and tasty... Found on the expanse of NAT such a simple recipe, cooked, and really - otesh mind!

Apples to wash, to sort, you can remove the stalk, I did not (so, in my opinion, more beautiful), prick with a fork. In a pan add water and sugar, put on fire and stirring constantly, bring to a boil, continue stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour the apples again to interfere, bring to boil and turn off. So we will do 3 times: bring to a boil and turn off.

The next day repeat the procedure. And the third day it again. Put in sterilized banks and roll. Of course, I hardly call it jam, but fruit in syrup. The flavor is indescribable... in the Winter, in addition to eating whole apples can be decorated desserts. Bon appetit!!! PS from 2 kg of apples and 2 kg of sugar I came up with about 5 half-liter jars.
