Cooking
Broth: 1.5 liters of water brought to a boil, add chicken cubes, soy sauce 2 tbsp, vinegar 1 tbsp, garlic 3 tooth., sugar, Bay leaf, and optional paprika powder, coriander (dried). Boil 2-3 minutes, remove from heat, allow to cool, strain (broth should be cold).
