Cookies
A perfectly simple set of products, and the result is amazing pastries. For everyone who loves the combination of nuts and chocolate. The recipe for this cookie was given to me by a friend who, in turn, found it on some foreign website. Bake it very often. The name of the cookie is a tribute to the original.

Cooking

step-0
The ingredients that we need.
step-1
Beat butter (room temperature) with sugar, egg yolk and two tablespoons of cream. With mixer on low speed, about 3-4 minutes. In a separate bowl mix flour, cocoa, vanilla and salt. Then combine the flour and butter mixture, mix thoroughly. The dough will be lipoate, but do not succumb to the temptation to add flour.
step-2
Formed from the dough "sausage" (using cling film) and place in the fridge for 30-45 minutes.
step-3
Then grind the nuts. I do it with a rolling pin. You can use a blender or any other device, at its discretion. Get our "sausage" and cut it into slices 1.5 cm wide
step-4
Dip in protein from the eggs, and also nuts. Nuts do not regret, the thicker nut breading, the delicious cookies. Lay cookies on parchment paper. And do in each recess. I, as the press used the glass. Bake the cookies at 180*C for 12-15 minutes without convection. If convection, a maximum of 12 minutes. Do NOT DESICCATE the cookies!!! It may seem that it is too soft, not baked - don't trust your eyes and hands. It's ready.
step-5
Prepare the sauce: crushed candy "iris" with 1.5 tbsp cream put in the microwave for 3 minutes at 300W. When cookies have cooled (5-7 minutes), fill the indentations with caramel.
step-6
It is now the turn of chocolate. Pastry bag (if not use) with cubes of chocolate put in hot water. Once the chocolate has melted, cut the edge of the cone and extrude chocolate on cookies in random order. Our cookies are ready! Sampling the recommend half an hour!
