Chocolate butter cake for Ksushenka
This cake, I would like to congratulate my beloved girlfriend Xenia (Ксения026) happy Birthday! Mother, I wish you all the lovely and wonderful, let your weekdays will be as sweet as this dessert, and life will be filled with joy, laughter and love! After all, you deserve it!!! And a few words about the cake. Cake simple, chocolate, whipped cream and a layer of currant mashed with sugar. To collect the cake and used a bowl from a rice cooker 0.8 l, so the cake is small, if you want more, then increase the ingredients and use any shape bowl or pan. Form for baking, I have 23 cm and 200 ml beaker.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    0.25 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Black currants

    3 Tbsp

All the dry ingredients for biscuit mix together.

Then pour in liquid and mix all until smooth.

The form of grease and sprinkle with flour or semolina. Preheat the oven 180C.

Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 40 minutes. Check the readiness with a match.

Cool cake and cut it into large cubes.

Whip the cold cream, gradually add the powdered sugar.

Form cover with foil. The first layer we have whipped cream, then biscuit cubes.

Then again, the cream and sponge cake. Each layer, we pour pureed currants.

Cover with foil and top with a saucer with a small load. Put in refrigerator to harden for 1 hour.

Overturn on a plate and remove the foil. You can already serve the cake, but I decorated the remains of the cream.

Cut off a piece and enjoy! The cake does not store well, of course, so I'm doing a small portion. If you want to carry, or to hold it longer, better add to cream gelatin. Bon appetit!
