Cooking
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. The yolks separated from the whites. Yolks whipped with a mixer with one tablespoon of powdered sugar.
Whites whipped with a pinch of salt in a stable foam. Add parts of the remaining sifted icing sugar, continuing to whisk.
Proteins are sieved starch and gently stirred with a spatula with movements from top to bottom.
Add to the protein mass of beaten egg yolks, is also gently stirred with a spatula.
In a bowl to the egg mass sift the flour.
Gently mix the ingredients.
Shift the dough in a pastry bag with a round hole (diameter about 0,8-1 cm), is deposited dough on the baking tray lined with parchment.
Bake cookies in a preheated 190 degree oven for about 8-10 minutes until light brown. Give the liver to cool.
Prepare the cream: pound butter at room temperature with sifted icing sugar. Cream you can use another, or thick jam (jam).
Join 2 biscuits with cream.
The fondant or marzipan rolled thickness of about 3 mm (I used paste, so in addition when you work with it used powdered sugar).
Cut the paste into squares.
United wrapped cookies with fondant.
With a toothpick (or tools for working with mastic) on each "potato" recess, and with the help of cocktail straws - circles.
Roll cakes in sifted cocoa powder, some times throw in a little hand to shake off excess cocoa powder. Remove cake in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes. Bon appétit!
