Biscuit cake
Sweet potato is a favorite of many since childhood dessert. The cake that I want to introduce You to made from two biscuit cookies connected by jam or cream, then wrapped with marzipan or mastic and dusted in cocoa powder. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. The yolks separated from the whites. Yolks whipped with a mixer with one tablespoon of powdered sugar.
