Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    40 g

  • Nuts

    15 g

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Boiled chicken divided into fiber.
