I do not like salads with rice, but this surprisingly liked it. Very delicate, fresh salad.

Cooking
Cut onion into thin quarter rings, pour a small amount of water to which you added lemon juice, marinate for 20 minutes, then drain the marinade, gently squeeze the onion and mix with tuna, divided into small pieces. Cucumber cut into sticks, 1 whole egg and the whites from the other two eggs to grate on a coarse grater, the 2 remaining egg yolks – on a fine grater. On a coarse grater to grate cheese.
