Filler pie with rice and saury
Offer a recipe maker pie with rice and fish on "haste". Preparing a cake fast and not troublesome.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Canned fish

    2 can

  • Figure

  • Onion

Cooking

Let's start with cooking the filling. Onions finely cut and fry over medium heat in a small amount of vegetable oil.

With canned drain liquid and break the fish into pieces.

To the fish add the onions and rice, mix gently. The stuffing is ready.

Now prepare the dough. To eggs, add yogurt, sour cream, salt and soda, mix up.

Add the sifted flour, mix up with a mixer until smooth.

Form zastelil baking paper, pour out 1/2 of the dough. Put an even layer of stuffing and pour the second part of the test. Put in a preheated to 180 C oven for 40-50 minutes, check on a dry skewer.
