All fans of baking with coconut waiting for me to visit. Pie is so simple to prepare that it will cope with even the novice cook. The cake is cooked almost without dirtying your hands, well, except for the preparation of strazeele.

Cooking
Prepare streusel: in a Cup sift flour, add sugar, soft butter and coconut. All pereteret hands into crumbs.
Make the dough: in the bowl to melt the butter, add sugar, stir, add the cold yogurt and stir again.
Drive egg and whisk to whip the mass until a light foam (literally a couple minutes)
Add sifted with the baking powder and the flour, salt and knead a sticky, thick batter (as for pancakes).
Form (I have a rectangular 15 x 24 cm) grease with vegetable oil, put the dough, flatten with a spoon.
Top evenly distribute streusel.
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 30 - 35 minutes Readiness check with a skewer - if dry, then the cake is ready.
