Eggplant in sauce
This is one of the favorite recipes of preparations of eggplant. Yesterday I opened the last jar and decided to share the recipe with you. As all the blanks with eggplant, the longer stored, the tastier it becomes.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    5 kg

  • Garlic

    5 piece

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Pepper

    10 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

Eggplant cut into circles, salt. Leave for 1-1,5 hours to the bitterness left. Then squeeze and fry in vegetable oil. Garlic, tomatoes, pepper mince. Put in a pan (or deep frying pan), add vegetable oil, salt, sugar. Bring to a boil. In the cooled tomato mixture to omit the eggplant, stir gently. Put in jars. Sterilize for 10-15 minutes and roll up. It turns out very tasty.
