Crunchy sesame cookies
Crispy cookies, in which a minimum of flour. Very light and flavorful, inexpensive and easy to prepare, quickly baked and cools down quickly... And even faster eaten! The advantages can be listed for a long time... it is Much better to bake!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    64 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Sesame

    150 g

  • Sugar

    160 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

Preparation: 1) fry the Sesame seeds beforehand in a skillet until Golden brown (since sesame is not enough, I substituted some crushed walnuts). 2) remove from refrigerator butter (margarine) to cool. And recharge your mood!

The dough: 1) Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. 2) Separately, whip the softened butter (margarine) with the sugar, then add the egg, vanilla and lemon juice and whisk until smooth. I used the mixer. 3) Add small amounts of flour, whisking on low speed of mixer.

With a spatula stir the whole sesame seeds. A bowl cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, vistream baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with butter. Take the dough out of the fridge. Spread a teaspoon of "handful" at a sufficient distance from each other in the oven, the cookies spread out and turn up to 5 cm in diameter. Bake 9-10 minutes. Allow to cool on the baking sheet, with paper removed easily.
