In Hungarian Lecho without vinegar Globus
With a clear conscience, add a recipe to the site, reviewed all the recipes and always add vinegar. Our family has two options of cooking Lecho simple and in Hungarian, but never in Lecho we don't add vinegar. In Soviet times, was sold Lecho in jars with screw caps, in Hungarian. I enjoyed it-very, very, I could just out of the jar with a spoon, his"draw" and just enjoy the taste. The days are gone, but nostalgia remained. With the help of friends or so we say together, we restored the recipe-have made mistakes, but we are about getting results!!!

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Salt

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

Vegetables wash and prepare step by step: 1. Tomatoes skip through Mincer or processor-it will be thick Lecho, but anybody who's got the juicer will be fine and it was in Hungarian. 2. Carrots grate on a coarse grater. 3. Onion half-rings. 4. Pepper thin strips. Pepper better than the green.

Who remembers this salad-that such a label was on the salad!!! In the package there were 6 or 8 cans-I don't remember exactly))) But it was delicious!!!
