Barley with mushrooms in pots
I think that not all love barley, so I propose a recipe that will satisfy the most fastidious. We are barley did not complain, until I decided to cook it in pots. We're huge fans of casseroles. I hope you will like. PY. SY do Not throw Slippers, as this is my first recipe here, despite my experience cooking))

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Water

    300 ml

Cooking

Wash the pearl barley under running water and soak for 2 hours.

Pour the Bay leaf and cover with boiling water, leave to steep.

Cut the onion and grate on a grater carrots.

Clean the champignons and cut them randomly, but not very finely. Pour oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms on high heat until Golden brown.

Remove the mushrooms and in the same oil saute onions and carrots.

Add to the onions and carrots, pearl barley, mushrooms, salt, black pepper, garlic (dry) and stir fry all ingredients for another 5 minutes.

Divide the resulting mass for 3 pot.

Fill with water, in which steep the Bay leaf, if there is not enough water, add boiled so that it was above our blend is approximately 1 cm.

Cover pots with lids and put into the oven for a half hour at a temperature of 150-160 degrees. After the time expires, leave the pots in the switched-off oven for another hour.
