I think that not all love barley, so I propose a recipe that will satisfy the most fastidious. We are barley did not complain, until I decided to cook it in pots. We're huge fans of casseroles. Cooking
Wash the pearl barley under running water and soak for 2 hours.
Pour the Bay leaf and cover with boiling water, leave to steep.
Cut the onion and grate on a grater carrots.
Clean the champignons and cut them randomly, but not very finely. Pour oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms on high heat until Golden brown.

Divide the resulting mass for 3 pot.
