Cooking

step-0
Mashed potatoes put on to cook. I'm in the water I like to add a Bay leaf and a sprig of rosemary. For the smell.
step-1
In forcemeat add finely chopped parsley, your favorite spices, salt, onion, garlic. A twist from the onion with the minced meat through a meat grinder, and I love still finely cut. Stir.
step-2
Then add the mustard and breadcrumbs! Yes, no soaked in milk loaves. Dry crackers. Stir again.
step-3
And the final touch for our stuffing - this is an egg and a little grated Parmesan (or other cheese). Cheese, after all, tastier and juicier. Thoroughly knead the dough.
step-4
At this stage the oven will turn on at 200 degrees, let it get hot. The form for cupcakes (muffins) lightly greased with olive oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. They give a delicious crunch of our future bacon! Take a small piece of meat and mash in the hands of the cake (as pictured)
step-5
This pellet is placed in the mold, nicely leveling edge form. Too thin, cake-basket should not do. Put all the stuffing? Then submit our cakes in the oven for 20 minutes! I got 10 muffins from this calculation ingredients. By the way, by the time this dish takes less time than frying the cutlets. For cooking meat and lay it into the form I spent 15 minutes.
step-6
Our cakes sit in the oven, puree just cook a little longer.. well. We have time to prepare the filling surprise. Processed cheese grate on a fine grater, add garlic to taste and dressed with mayonnaise. I use homemade, natural.
step-7
In a separate (preferably high) dish, mix the egg, cream (room temperature take the products!) and a little salt. Beat with a mixer for a minute or two. This maneuver will provide you tagooooo silk puree hoo!
step-8
And our potatoes just cooked (after cooking, you do not forget to season with salt, right?). The water all drained, slightly pounded. Pour into mashed potatoes with melted hot butter. And again pounded. In the end, pour the egg-cream mixture. And now our poresku whisk a little with a mixer. She will be brilliant, beautiful, airy, without a single lump. However, all this is seen in the photo)))
step-9
Cutlets are ready. When you get out of the oven, on the bottom will be here is such a juice. Do not drain it. It will be absorbed back into the Patty literally a minute after the oven. And give unforgettable juiciness of the meat!
step-10
Our last step is filling burgers-baskets. To do this, I removed the basket from the mold and move it on a baking sheet with parchment. Baskets can be removed easily, do not stick. Wait until they completely cool, not required. So, put a slice of tomato, then about 2 teaspoons of sweet mass, a little we stamp.
step-11
And on top of a spoon we spread our mashed potatoes, more. I still sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Put back in the oven for 7-10 minutes. Due to the presence of egg cap from mash clutch in a solid form, and Parmesan will add a light and flavorful crust.
step-12
Bon appetit! I was making baskets late in the evening to eat they are not going. But could not resist and tried one, two, three! Very tasty! They are particularly good in combination with fresh cucumber.
