Patty
An unusual variant of chops. For the holiday table to impress your guests. The recipe I found in the magazine "Love to cook!"

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Make the stuffing. Mushrooms to boil and cut into strips.

Combine mushrooms, onion, cheese, dill, salt and pepper, mix well.

Cut the meat into chops, thin to beat on both sides, season with salt and pepper. Instead of pork you can take a chicken, if you like, but real burgers "Gomel" is made only from pork.
