The remains of salt fish, jacket potatoes... it Seems that it is impossible to make a beautiful and tasty dish. But it is not so...

Ingredients

  • Fish

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    7 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes. Fry in a pan with olive oil, mixed with curry. Spread on a mesh tray or on a napkin. Cool.

Fish cut into thin long strips.

Salad wash, dry, tear by hand and place on a plate.

Tomato cut into thin slices, removing seeds.

On tomatoes put fish and potatoes in the creative, so to speak, a mess.

To make the sauce. Mix the yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil and soy sauce.
