Fruit-berry ice cream
Remember, it is fruit ice cream, something that in the paper cups sold?! So – this is it! Fruit ice similar to sorbet, but unlike sherbet is prepared on the basis of jelly. It's very simple and equally tasty.

Ingredients

  • Cranberry

    300 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 l

If you have cranberries frozen, need to defrost.

Of berries squeeze the juice. I used the immersion blender.

Then strained through a sieve.

The remaining cake is diluted with water, add sugar and bring to a boil.

Drain the broth. To pour into the glass. To the rest of the broth add berry juice and again bring to boil.

In a glass dissolve the starch, so to avoid lumps. A thin stream, stirring constantly, pour the starch into the berry mixture. Remove from heat and cool.

If you have an ice cream maker, then pour the jelly into it. If not, then pour into a food container and put into the freezer. Every half an hour to get and mixed thoroughly.

When it reaches the desired consistency, the ice cream spread out on the paper cups, and you can enjoy the taste of childhood!
