Cooking
Preheat the oven to 180 gr. Form (I have 10*26 cm) vystelit baking paper. In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and cocoa. Mix.
With a mixer beat the eggs until thick, dense foam.
Continuing to whisk, add sugar 1 tbsp. l. After vses add sugar, beat for another 2 - 3 minutes until it is completely dissolved.
In two steps, add the flour mixture, stirring gently with a spoon. Then add 2 tbsp boiling water and stir quickly.
Spoon the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 30 - 40 minutes until dry toothpick. Cool completely.
For the filling vzbeta together the cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, a couple pinches of salt and vanilla.
Dipping in a warm or hot coffee to dissolve the brown sugar, and when cool add the wine. I had a dry white, but if you use a dessert wine will be more sweet.
Vanrite the cooled cake into 3 thin layers.
Form, which is baked in the cake, again vystelit baking paper or foil. On the bottom put the first Korzh. Generously soaked in coffee syrup.
Top evenly place 1/3 of the cottage cheese filling. Then the sponge cake soaked in syrup with two sides, half of the remaining cream, again sponge cake soaked with two sides, and the remaining cream.
Take some time in the fridge. Before serving, remove from form and decorate as desired. I sprinkled cocoa. Bon appetit!
