Cottage cheese cake
Baked a cake, but it turned out completely different. Took the recipe from the good cook website. Soft chocolate cake with vegetable oil, bananas and vanilla souffle of cheese! Delicious! And most importantly, as always more or less dieting (not greasy)!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    60 ml

  • Water

    60 ml

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Curd

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    2 tsp

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Glaze

    1 piece

Cooking

Make a biscuit. Flour, baking powder and cocoa mix.

The yolks of eggs beat up with sugar half white.

Pour vegetable oil and water, beat again.

Beat the whites until stiff with the remaining sugar.

The protein mixture to pour into the yolk.

Add the flour mixture and stir.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Biscuit is very high, so I had to cut the top off. The chocolate cake is amazing, light and delicate!

Bananas cut into slices, squeeze the juice of half a lemon, mix with 1 tablespoon of water and pour the bananas.

Lay the bananas on the cake.

Here are the cheeses I use for a souffle. Cheese whipped with sugar and sour cream. Gelatin dissolve in 1/4 Cup. water, heat and pour carefully in a lot of sour.

Souffle to put on bananas and send in the freezer to harden.

To make chocolate glaze for a favorite recipe or to take ready.

When the souffle is not frozen glaze to pour on top of a marble pattern.

Put the cake to harden. I froze in the freezer souffle still watery made. However the taste is not affected. Bon appetit!
