Cheese pies
Dear cooks, tonight I'm buying cheese cakes unusual in form and content. I many times used to bake a variety of pies for the Czech people's recipes and instead of oil use melted fat. I always thought that it was "too popular" and continued to use oil. But decided that since I bake on "grandma's recipes", then you need to try how prepared these grannies. And I tell you, my friends, that my grandmother knew a lot about pies, no wonder they have this kind of unwavering reputation! I will say briefly, this delicious dough, gentle and at the same time crunchy, I've never met. It's just something extraordinary! And what they turn out ruddy and tender with a great cheese cake recipe! Come and get ' em, you'll like it!

  • Egg white

  • Jam

  • Rum

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    50 g

First wash the raisins, pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, cover the raisins with a spoon of rum and do a test. Here are the basic products to the test.

Flour mixed with dry yeast, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Separate the yolks from the whites. To flour mixture add egg yolks, warm milk and warm melted fat. Knead the dough, the bowl with the dough cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, mix cottage cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and egg. Add the raisins together with rum, in which they were soaked. Try sugar, you may need to add a little.

Of the remaining proteins to leave a little for greasing pies, the other to whisk and gently stir in the cheese.

Approaching divide the dough into two parts, because we will have two pies.

Half of the dough roll into a large rectangle, transfer it to a covered baking paper baking sheet, the dough can be rolled out directly on the paper.
