Turkish pumps
I want to share a wonderful recipe Turkish pastry. On the website there are similar recipes, but there is another part of the dough and filling. This recipe was kindly shared with me chef in a Turkish hotel. Pumps out thin, crispy and very flavorful and light.

Ingredients

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.33 cup

  • Goat cheese

    150 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Tomato

    1 piece

In water, add salt and razbate, add a little flour and butter and knead not very thick dough, but that does not stick to hands. Leave it to rest for about 20 minutes, and can handle filling.

Onions and dill finely chop, goat cheese was milled in a grinder and mix everything. You can use cilantro and other favorite herbs.

Roll thinly the dough and transfer it to a leaf. Grease the surface with vegetable or olive oil.

On top put slices of cheese, you can use any semi-hard cheese and grate it on a grater, I just break the slices.
