Ingredients for making curd doughnuts.
In a bowl, add a serving of milk, add a little butter (70 gr.) The mixture is heated to melt the oil.

Add 7 grams. granulated yeast.
Add 2,5 tablespoons of sugar, add 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, add 2 spoons of semolina TM Mistral. Mixture stir well, leave for 10-15 minutes to swell semolina and dissolve the yeast.
Add 2 egg yolks, 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
Gradually, portions add 2 cups of flour. If the dough is little watery, add an additional 1-2 tablespoons of flour.
Knead the dough. The dough cover with a towel and put in warm place to rise. After the first rise punch down the dough and put for the second rise.
The dough is well risen. You can start cutting curd donuts and rings.
