Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.66 cup

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    0.5 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Ingredients for making curd doughnuts.

In a bowl, add a serving of milk, add a little butter (70 gr.) The mixture is heated to melt the oil.

Add 2,5 tablespoons of sugar, add 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, add 2 spoons of semolina TM Mistral. Mixture stir well, leave for 10-15 minutes to swell semolina and dissolve the yeast.

Add 2 egg yolks, 0.5 teaspoon of salt.

Add 1/2 Cup of cheese.

Gradually, portions add 2 cups of flour. If the dough is little watery, add an additional 1-2 tablespoons of flour.
