Description

Seafood mix marinated
My husband is a fan of sea cocktails. Often buys two or three bottles. This summer a good friend gave us a huge bucket of mussels. We opened, processed and frozen. Also in the freezer I always have frozen seafood. So I decided, why buy bottles of flavor enhancers and other harmful substances in achowski price when you can make the most tasty of the workpiece. Such procurement will always help when you need to quickly prepare a salad.

Cooking

step-0
Just want to clarify that the jars I have are all different sizes. The total amount of seafood I got 1 kg ( possible cocktail you can collect on your taste, add the octopus and scallops, the exact number of mussels or shrimp and squid does not matter, I gathered from the ingredients that I had available). The marinade made a 1.5 liter, not to be mistaken. The marinade left a bit, better let him stay, than not enough. If you take an already assembled frozen seafood, then cook it does not need, mostly they are already frozen, boiled ( check the moment on the packaging), it will be enough to unfreeze and just pour over boiling water. Squid cut into rings
step-1
Lemon be sure to rinse with boiling water and cut into small pieces.
step-2
Boil a pot of water, boil it mussels, shrimp and squid. Literally 1-2 minutes from the moment of boiling. Drain the water, the seafood, add the lemon, the chopped parsley, mix well.
step-3
Spread the cocktail jars. Add to each jar 1 teaspoon of soy sauce. In large jars 2 tsp. to Prepare the marinade, boil water, add butter, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, bring to a boil.
step-4
Pour into jars. Jars clogging. Cool. Store in the refrigerator for up to three months! Open a jar of store no more than 3 days.
