Chicken fillet with vegetables, baked in pita bread
Prepared chicken fillet with vegetables in this way, you get a La carte, unusual and tasty dish that is very convenient to cook and serve, and of course, to please their loved ones.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Pita

    2 piece

Cooking

Chicken fillet wash and cut into pieces.

Peel the onion, wash and mince.

Peel the carrot, wash and slice.

Pepper remove seeds, wash and cut.

Chicken salt and fry in olive oil (30 ml.) to whitening.

Add the onion, carrot, pepper and peas. Mix well.

Then add soy sauce, Kikkoman, mix well and saute for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
