Cooking
Chicken fillet wash and cut into pieces.
Peel the onion, wash and mince.
Peel the carrot, wash and slice.
Pepper remove seeds, wash and cut.
Chicken salt and fry in olive oil (30 ml.) to whitening.
Add the onion, carrot, pepper and peas. Mix well.
Then add soy sauce, Kikkoman, mix well and saute for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
The leaves of pita to grease (optional) olive oil (20 ml.) and cut in half. The centre halves spread chicken fillet with vegetables.
Wrap "pouch" in foil. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees, 20 minutes.
