Cooking
Chicken cut into small cubes. Carrots grate on a grater for Korean carrot (or very finely chopped straw).
Raisins pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, raisins dry it on a paper towel. Chop the onion as small as you can and marinate for 10 minutes. For marinade: in water, add sugar and vinegar, stir and put the onions. After a time the bow to discard in a colander and drain off excess liquid.
Shelled walnuts mince or chop in a blender. Grate cheese on a medium grater. To collect the salad layers: 1) chicken 2) onion+mayonnaise 3) raisins 4) carrots+mayonnaise 5) nuts 6) cheese
