For every holiday make this salad, and the table sweep first. Recipe long ago got on the Internet and permanently settled in our family. Try it and You might have to taste.

Vegetable oil
Cooking
Each layer lubricates mayonnaise. 1 layer: boiled potatoes in their skins, peel and grate on a coarse grater. 2 layer: merge with sprat oil, finely cut them.
3 layer: onions finely cut and fry in vegetable oil. 4 layer: boiled carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
5 layer: garlic finely chop or squeeze through the press. 6 layer: boil the egg, peel and grate on a coarse grater. 7 layer: cheese to grate on a coarse grater. This layer of mayonnaise is not lubricated.
Decorate as desired with chips. I tried to do with them and without, the first version I like more. Chips lend its flavor to the salad.
