Stewed potatoes. Very easy to prepare. For dinner it is! Took the recipe on one of the sites of the monastery, sorry, do not remember which.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Peel the potatoes

Cut into large cubes and put into a already hot pan with vegetable oil

Fry on high heat until Golden brown, add the chopped onion, slightly fry

Fold the potatoes into the pot, season with salt and pepper (if you like), add a little chopped green onion, pour half boiling water
