Cooking
Shred cabbage thin strips, removing the thick upper leaves. Put in a large salad bowl.
Add salt, a little pepper (white pepper) and sprinkle with sugar.
Mash the cabbage a little with your hands.
Fine julienne cut, half a small onion and add to cabbage. Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater. Red sweet pepper cut into julienne strips and add all to the salad. Mix well.
Apple also cut into fine strips without removing the peel (take a sour-sweet varieties).
To make the sauce-the dressing, mix all the ingredients - half a Cup of mayonnaise, white wine vinegar and mustard (with grains). Season with salad dressing, stir again thoroughly, cover with cling film and put in a cool place for 30 minutes before feeding. Bon appetit!
