Cooking
To prepare the products
To start, chop the chocolate (if it is in tiles), melt in a water bath together with butter. To cool down a bit.
While chocolate is heating beat the eggs in a thick foam with sugar powder. Pour slightly cooled chocolate-butter mass into the beaten eggs.
In a separate bowl combine all dry ingredients – sift flour, add cocoa, baking powder and salt.
To combine the contents of both vessels and mix all together (preferably with a mixer) until smooth. Get soft, pliable dough, send it in the fridge for 1.5-2 hours. Knead the dough is not necessary, it is very soft, even the fingerprints left!
After resting in the fridge the dough hardens slightly. You must input a teaspoon and roll the ball. Remember how in the childhood did a bun out of clay? That is just as well you now need to make the cookies. Ball the size of a walnut (about 20-23g.). I usually weighed, so that was all the same, and therefore equally cooked.
Each ball should then roll in powdered sugar. Thus prepared cookies spread on the laid parchment baking sheet.
Bake chocolate cookies in a preheated 180-190 degrees oven for 10-15 minutes. The main thing is not to overdry them. If You want to keep cookies soft, be sure to fold it in a closed container.
