Omelet with a filling
One of those "quick, hearty Breakfast", the filling can be different. Today - bacon, cheese and sorrel - the last green of 2016.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Bacon

    2 piece

  • Sorrel

    0.5 coup

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    0.25 coup

Cooking

Beat eggs, pour soy sauce. Today I use soy sauce for sushi and sashimi from TM Kikkoman. Lightly mix with a fork.

Finely chop the washed and drained greens, bacon.

Preheat the pan with a mixture of oils : butter. Diameter frying pan - 20 - 22 cm..

Pour the egg mixture on the fire above average fry 2 minutes. On, not yet setted to the end, the scrambled eggs put the bacon, sorrel with parsley and strips of cheese. Because bacon and cheese are salty, do NOT add SALT!

Wrap one side of the omelette, having a semicircle. Fry another minute on each side. Serve hot.
