The easiest and most delicious salad with liver I have ever eaten. In this recipe the liver is not crushed, not rubbed on a grater, but remains small juicy pieces. And unlike the usual layered salads with the liver, which greased with each layer, there is used at least filling. For the recipe thanks to the girls from the cafe near my work)

Cooking
Chicken liver thoroughly washed, fry, cool and cut into small pieces.
Potatoes boiled "in uniform", cool, clean. Cut into cubes or grate, but in this salad I like to just mash the potatoes with a fork.
Potatoes put fried onions, pickles, and top with liver slices.
Decorate the salad with drops of mayonnaise. In my opinion, this is enough, as fried onions, pickles and soak the potato layer. *HOWEVER, for true fans of mayonnaise in my family in the second portion of the salad on a potato layer I applied a "mesh" of mayonnaise)))
