Cooking
In a bowl, mix 4 tablespoons milk, yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 tablespoon flour. Stir well and leave to rise for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl mix all the flour, salt, melted butter, egg and remaining milk. Pour the ready yeast. Mix well.
Knead the dough and leave to rise for 45 minutes.
Coming up cut the dough into 4 parts.
Melt butter in a bowl. 1 portion of the dough roll out on a cutting Board into a circle (add flour if necessary). Lubricate the entire surface with melted butter.
50 grams of cheese Philadelphia to put on the oiled dough. Flatten with a knife and sprinkle with chopped dill.
Roll the dough into a loaf. Put it to the side.
Repeat the same procedure with rest of dough.
The baking pan 30 cm liberally with melted butter. Each roll is cut into segments. Do cut on the bias. As seen in the photo. One side wider than the other.
Spread each piece to form a circle, turning the edge of the wide, the narrow part of the segment.
Fill the entire form. Cover with a towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. Brush with beaten egg yolk. Bake in preheated oven at 180*C for 40 minutes.
Ready pie to cool on a wire rack
