Quick summer pie
Really a perfect cake for a hot summer! All the cooking takes half an hour. And fruits change to your taste!

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Apricot

    3 piece

  • Drain

    3 piece

  • Red currants

    20 g

Cooking

All products mix and beat with a mixer.

Pour into prepared pan. I used a 20 x 30. But would advise to use the bigger size!

Chop the apricots and plums in circles, and then pull out the bone.

Spread fruit on the dough in turn. In the hole lay out from the fruit berries of red currant

Bake at 180 for 25 minutes.
