Coulibiac with cabbage, bacon and eggs
Something I recently baked pies. Got carried away at all. But I decided a pie with cabbage. But neither puff pastry nor yeast do not like and I decided to make pie dough. And here is the result! Girls come to visit and appreciate my works...

Ingredients

Shred cabbage and cook in salted milk "al dente", i.e. that it remains slightly crunchy. Drain in a colander and cool. Cook hard-boiled eggs.

To prepare products to the test. Margarine should be removed from the refrigerator so that it was room temperature.

Mix the flour (I put about 3 tbsp, you never know), baking powder, salt and sugar.

Then add the cheese and quickly knead the dough. If necessary, pour flour from pending.

Soft, smooth, pliable dough. To hands does not stick. Wrap it in cling film and put into the refrigerator for half an hour.

Bacon cut into strips and add to the cooled cabbage.

Eggs cut into cubes and add to the same.

Dill finely chop. Leek grind. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add 1 tbsp oil.

Divide the dough into 2 pieces and formed into 2 of the pie.

To do this, roll the dough into a rectangle (I have about 25 x 33 cm), and the middle third should be a little thicker - this will be the bottom of the cake and the edges should be made thinner.

In the center of the roller, put the stuffing, retreating 1.5-2 cm from the end of ends. Then the remaining long side and cut into strips slightly at an angle. One end wrap on top and then put on the toppings alternatively, one strip on each side, like a pony tail. The last two strips to leave. To grease with a yolk, beaten with 1 tsp water butt and these 2 strips. Wrap the end of the filling, then wrap the last two strips, then the edges from end to tuck under the cake.

Bake at 180-200*C for 25-30 minutes until a beautiful Golden brown. Put on the grill, cover with a cloth and let rest.
