Cooking
All the ingredients are given based on one serving, the number can be varied depending on Your tastes. Take pears, wash, peel and chop very finely. Also use finely chopped stalked celery.

Take a serving dish, spread on her arugula and salad mix or torn lettuce.

Make thin slices of lightly salted smoked salmon: salmon, trout. I have a sockeye salmon.
Carefully "wrapped" cheese "ball" fishing thread. It took me 4 pieces of fish.
