Description

Simple, fast, tasty, tender... I Cooked the chicken in creamy almond sauce, boiled, cleaned of meat - that's from leftovers and made a salad. (To ensure that do not have whole breast to use). For the salad recipe, thanks buxgalter_sofia Sonia LJ.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Dill

    0.25 cup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1.5 Tbsp

A breast boil or, in my case, to separate the bones from the cooked chicken.

Nuts are very finely chopped. Convenient to put in a harvester and a couple of times to press the button "Pulse". [i]I like to cut with a knife :-)[/i]

Add to the chicken and nuts dill. Salt. In a bowl mix mayonnaise (substituted for sour cream) + ketchup + pressed garlic. Season the salad, i.e. connect the part of the chicken and mayonnaise.
