Sundra is a lightweight variant of Ukrainian borscht. This soup is rather old, so as to prepare your brew. But the water is not a simple beet. The name is not quite harmonious. To start pre-prepare a brew. To do this, finely chop beets, add sugar, yeast, stale rye bread. To brew instead of bread that will suit dry bread kvass "SAF-Kvass". Pour warm boiled water. Cover the brew with a clean cloth and leave to ferment for 4-5 days. Ready kvass strain and pour into bottles. The brew looks very beautiful and delicious.
