My mom's tomatoes
Long promised to post this recipe of my mother's tomatoes - comply :) these are my favorite tomatoes. Our guests burst with pleasure. I hope you like it :-)

Ingredients

  • Tomato

  • Water

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Salt

    50 g

  • Vinegar

    50 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    3 piece

Cooking

step-0
In a clean banks (if banks are well washed, they simply rinse before using) to the bottom put pepper and a few sprigs of parsley.
step-1
Stacked tomatoes. You can mix ripe, burela and green ones, BUT ripe should prevail!
step-2
Fill with boiling water. Camouflage caps. Allow to stand for 15-20 min.
step-3
The water is drained into a saucepan (now we have it measured), add salt and sugar. Bring to a boil. Brine in salt, sugar and vinegar are based on 3-liter jar of tomatoes. Vinegar measure out and pour separately in each jar. Pour the hot brine. Roll. Jars wrap it up with something warm (winter jackets, coats, blankets will come in handy ;-) ), for reliability, you can flip over and let it cool down. All! Now put it in the cupboard, the cellar, under the bed — soon comes the cold and enjoy ourselves :-)
