Salad
My signature salad is one of the favorite in my family. Once I made it to the jubilee of the Pope. Guests liked it very much, and someone asked: "what is this salad? So delicious!" Well, I can't leave the dish without a name, took and blurted out: "Mimino". And stuck it a wonderful name to my author's dish! By the way, even men-picky, it hit the spot! And most importantly - this salad I never put in the fridge for impregnation, and serve immediately. And so it turns out juicy, crispy, fresh!

Ingredients

  • Pickled cucumber

    6 piece

  • Beans

    0.5 can

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Eggs boil, peel, cut into cubes and put in a serving ring. Squeeze well and then grease with mayonnaise.

Pickled cucumbers cut into cubes and put on top of the eggs. Press with a spoon.

Apples clean, finely chop, pepper, add squeezed out garlic, mix well.

Spread on cucumbers. Lightly coat with mayonnaise.

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater, mix with a spoonful of mayonnaise.

Lay it over the apples and spread lightly pressing.

The final layer and decoration is canned beans.
