Squid fried with chilli
This recipe in our family for 40 years, sure. Squid to be tender and flavorful thanks to butter. The recipe is versatile: serve as an appetizer or main dish, both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Squid

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

To prepare this recipe take butter, I took TM "Ekomilk".

Take a frying pan or wok heated. Pour vegetable oil, put the butter, since butter has a bad tendency to burn when fried, along with vegetable it doesn't burn.

Onion cut into strips or half rings, red pepper rings, grind the garlic, put in a pan. Fry 2 minutes over medium heat.

Squid clean, cut into strips or rings, dry it with a paper towel, as when frying squid, and so give plenty of fluids. Put the squid into the pan.

Fry squid with vegetables lid open, over medium heat for 2 minutes, pour soy sauce, preferably a wok or sweet, stir.

Bring the squid until cooked for another 2 minutes on medium heat with the lid open.

Squid can be submitted as soon as the second hot dish or hot appetizer or as cold snack. Bon appetit!
