The idea for this recipe about thirty years ago brought my mom from China. Did it often, everybody likes, and then the recipe was forgotten. And now, thanks to competition, I remember. It's too delicious, fragrant... smells hovering in the whole apartment, while preparing. And most importantly - does not harm the body but only good.

Eggplant cut into half rings with a thickness of about 7 mm. the Pumpkin peel and cut into segments commensurate with the half-rings of eggplant.
Make a marinade of vegetable oil (I have soy), sesame oil, ginger powder, flakes of red hot pepper, coriander and rice vinegar. Add sweet soy sauce "Kikkoman".
Mix all the ingredients of the marinade.
Pour the pumpkin and eggplant marinade, leave to promarinovatsya half an hour.
Put pickled pumpkin and eggplant in a baking dish. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven and bake 30 minutes.
