Cooking

step-0
With the recipe I first met when I watched a program about health. Was preparing dessert, the chef of the restaurant of Uzbek cuisine. Immediately decided to cook myself. Very original presentation of dried fruit. And most importantly - it's so delicious, so healthy!!!! I can't live without chocolate, but in winter, you want to limit yourself to not gain weight. Now I feel myself constantly to cook this roll. The number of ingredients in the original: 800 grams dried apricots 400 grams of raisins ( or prunes, for those who don't like very sweet) 150 g ground walnut 150 g of liquid honey square pan, foil and film I always make small rolls and take the ingredients in 2-3 times less than the proposed. I can't say exactly how many were taken, approximately 20 PCs of dried apricots , 10-12 pieces of prunes. Grind in a meat grinder or blender apricots, prunes or raisins and nuts.
step-1
I have such cute molds, just left of the dried fruit and I decided that they are ideal for rolls. In the original medium size square pan. Cover the form with foil.
step-2
Lay out a layer of dried apricots, distribute a thin layer across the surface of the mold. Well-pressed hands.
step-3
The second layer I have prunes. Spread evenly on a layer of apricots, leaving the edges, well pressed.
step-4
The last layer is walnuts. Sprinkle across the surface of the plum or Kish Mike. Pour the loaf with honey. It is necessary for the viscosity of the loaf.
step-5
Gently roll curl.
step-6
Release film and gently place on a foil.
step-7
Wrap the roll and put in the freezer for 6-8 hours. I lay all night.
step-8
Ready roll cut into portions with a knife dipped in water. The remaining loaf in foil stored in the freezer. Here's a mouth-watering handsome we get!
step-9
And now useful! And about them the most...about the calories....:) 300 kcal per 100 g of product! A lot? Wrong!!! 1. Calories a lot, but in comparison with sweets or cakes, much less. 2. In this dessert contains ALL the vitamins and minerals, EVERYTHING! 3. It contains very little sodium and much potassium, and this is good because it has a diuretic effect, increases contractility of the myocardium. 4. Carbs a lot, but a lot of fiber, which carbohydrates are absorbed slowly. 5. A small load on the pancreas. 5. Fat too, the walnuts, but it is vegetable fat, which has no cholesterol, and the combination of fat with lots of fiber in the prevention of atherosclerosis. 6. Has a beneficial effect on the Central nervous system, as it contains a lot of phosphorus. 7. A lot of magnesium which has a calming effect. 8. A lot of calcium, which normalizes the transmission of nerve impulses. 9. The vitamin PP, which improves blood flow to the brain. A lot of vitamins of group B and so on to infinity.... 10.Has a positive effect on all metabolic processes in the body.
step-10
And most importantly - dessert useful to ALL without exception!
